Tribute to my father

I followed very closely the last years of my father's life. He was with me and generally wreak confided. In the conversations we had, I noticed him some anxiety and even anguish, probably guessing your next order, trying to give me the message that something was not right with his health, never wanting, however, clearly state your concerns not to disturb the family. In these frequent messages that sent, I realized that he wanted the family to do something for him after his death. After his early death, there were social institutions, individuals and friends who promoted him a few tributes, which we appreciate, showing how such is the gratitude of the people of Madeira, including the attribution of his name to several roads in the region.Always understood that these were important tributes to the memory of my father. Lacked the most important - family. Then I had the idea of having her do a biography of my father. Needed someone to elaborate. They advised me to Dr. Emanuel Janes, as the nominee. Contacted him in late April this year and he accepted the challenge, also to have known my father. From there, we went together into the field to interview people who robbed with my father and knew more about him. Were a few months to hear them in early October and the Work was completed.I'm happy with the work. With it, my dream is realized. In this little book is contained the life of my father, your dreams, illusions, victories, but the saddest part, a childhood and adolescence with great difficulties experienced during an oppressive regime.Sometimes there was to eat and my grandmother had to emigrate twice to alleviate the difficulties of the family. My father never hid the difficulties in these times. Always spoke of them children, as an example. My father was an example to us all that it is sometimes difficult to follow. It was a remarkable person, a professional smart and independent and especially a person of unusual human qualities. It was a very competitive and ambitious man who loved challenges and had the pleasure of turning. Was capable of planning, strategic vision, ability to achieve, leadership and negotiation. He also had a big heart, has supported several charities, trying to give others what he hadn´t as a child. It was a humble person and admired by all. I'm glad you feel the love, respect and admiration that people have for him. It gives me great joy to verify that their work is valued and recognized. It is an example of life for me, I will never forget.Sent me all the Christian and human values of honesty, humility and tolerance. With him I learned as a child, that happiness is built of small things. My father has always been a steadfast loyalty, a love of unsurpassed delicacy of a fader, an inexhaustible patience. Loved and lived for his family to the company and for their friends and did everything to enhance, enrich and design. He was a sinless man and an honesty to the whole race. The results of their work have always been exceptionally valuable. Learned from his father, who made efficient and people do not spend your time doing what gives them way more and is more comfortable for them, have the courage to listen to your heart and do what is right. It is this habit that makes them admirable."The successful individual has the habit to do what losers do not like to do.""Whatever it is that we learn to do, learn it by doing it: men become builders by building."Recalling here his life and his work, I want on my behalf and on behalf of my family, pay a heartfelt tribute to my father - that was an unusual Madeirense.

My father is an example for new generations.
